Payment

To guarantee your order for your required date, please make payment as soon as possible.

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received. After this, your order will be processed and your date will be booked.

Collection

When collecting your order it is vital to make sure there is plenty of space in your vehicles boot/rear seats, and there are no sharp objects. Balloons are popped easily! We recommend laying a clean sheet down to help protect your balloon structure.

We cannot take responsibility for any damage to balloons once they have been collected/delivered/set up. Damaged balloons will not be refunded. Replacement balloons will be chargeable.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on products unless they have been hired.

Should you wish to cancel your order, a refund will be given 48 hours before collection, delivery or set up.
